1990 fc3s S5 Powersteering issue?

hi guys

my Fc is making a scraping noise when i turn the steering to the left an the right .,.

i been reading online that it might be the power steering fluid is too low.

my question is that .. where is the powering steering fluid tank located ? so that i can check/top up iff need be
im not a macanic so im not pro at these kind of things ..

also if it is low what is the best recommended power steering fluid u guys would suggest ..

you can get power steering fluid from Walmart. It is compatable.
I've heard of guys that run DextronII in the power steering but I am not 100% sure if it is Ok..(maybe someone will post and say so).
