1990 fc3s S5 Powersteering issue?

hi guys

my Fc is making a scraping noise when i turn the steering to the left an the right .,.

i been reading online that it might be the power steering fluid is too low.

my question is that .. where is the powering steering fluid tank located ? so that i can check/top up iff need be
im not a macanic so im not pro at these kind of things ..

also if it is low what is the best recommended power steering fluid u guys would suggest ..

if you have pic it would help me greatly

would this cap be the power steering tank and fill up from here?

you can get power steering fluid from Walmart.It is compatable.
I've heard of guys that run DextronII in the power steering but I am not 100% sure if it is Ok..(maybe someone will post and say so).
