So I recently assembled the long block and hooked up all the major components. The only things I have not put onto the car are the spark plugs, coolant, modified trailing coils, and intercooler piping. My problems are as follows: The gauge cluster is making a buzzing noise when the key is in the on position, and also I have a fuel pressure gauge hooked up to see if i'm getting fuel through the system, it appears that i'm not getting any fuel through the lines and the fuel pump is also not functioning.

Installed Power FC with Banzai adapter but have not connected jumper harness to car.
Stock fuel pump.

 

Do you have oil in the car?
