1987 rx7 TII questions

Hi, I am looking at buying an 87 TII rx7 and was wondering a few things. The car has about 133k miles on the original engine. The car appears to be in great over shape but I am unfamiliar with rotary engines. Would this car be needing a rebuild soon? if so is this an expensive thing? The turbo is also original, about how long do these normally last?

Not sure if I'm getting in over my head with this car. Any help/info would be appreciated.

Thanks

Unless you consider 3-4 grand pocket change... walk away lol These cars are in no way in expensive and come across many problems, but you learn a ton from working with/on them. a basic rebuild kit depending on if YOU create it can be from 500 bucks to 1200 bucks if you buy a preassembled kit...
