i have an 83 and i was driving the other day and it lost all power but still runs. it smokes really bad and it has spark and gas and compression but has no power HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!

 

White smoke? Blue smoke? Black smoke?

Did you just listen for 3 whooses for the compression, or did you use a gauge? If you used a gauge, What was the readings?

Did you do a fuel volume test or just check to see that fuel squirted down the barrels of the carb?

Did you test for spark to both leading and trailing sides?

 

yeah ... how and where did you confirm spark?
