My 12a motor is seased. Are there any ways to brake the motor free, rebuild it, or should I just go with a 13b swap? Any advice would be grate thanks !

depends on why its seized, if its a bearing, you're done, if its a stuck seal, you should be able to pop it loose and it might run fine.

so pour the oil of your choice down the carb, lighter is probably better, anything will work.

let it sit a few days, and then gently try to turn the engine over with a breaker bar, or the like. if you're lucky it'll pop free, and you can pull the plugs, and use the starter to get all the oil out, and see if it runs.
