what is best
i have a koyo radiatiaor
fmic and full 3" exhaust
10mm wires
witch should i use
192o or 180o

180 I think... I don't know of any reason why you'd intentionally let your car get hotter before hitting the radiator....

Winter 192. Summer 180. Has to do with being toasty warm in winter. My guess.
