Exclamation 13b single or twin turbo??

I have a 1987 turbo 2 with single turbo....well, the rotor housing is badddd....can i upgrade to a 93&up 13b twin turbo? i know i will probably hafta relocate the battery, but can it be done? If so, what are the major changes im looking forward to?? please give me some ideas so i know what exactly to buy/acquire before i get started, as i would like to have everything before i even pull the old motor.
thanks

i would check the FAQ under the 2nd generation tab, there is alot of information about this subject there as well as links to others that have done this.

why don't you source a 13B-RE form Japan and run a standalone ECU with a single turbo.... Waaaay cheaper than swapping the 13B-REW from the 93-96 in....AND, you can theoretically yield more power from that engine....

that's exactly wut i'm doing, but sticking with stock twins for a lil while. i have a 10ae with a 13B-RE, still picking a standalone. wut style injectors would work with the 13B-RE? same ones that the s4 would take (720/850 primaries, 1600 secondaries)?
