13B REW vs. 13b Cosmo?

Just wondering what are the differences between these 2 engines and which one has the best performance potential?

13B- RE (cosmo)
bigger ports that the REW :bigtumb:
small twin turbos
about 225 hp

13B-REW
smaller ports that the RE, bigger that the 13BT (fc)
bigger turbos
255 hp

people choose the cosmo engine because of the bigger port and make more power with a single turbo. that my opinion.

Actually, the Cosmo 13B-RE has significantly larger secondary ports, but the primary ports are TINY.&nbsp The 13B-REW out of an FD3S should have bigger ports when comparing both primary and secondary port volumes.
