Question 13B-RE engine specific questions (a few 'what is this thing')

Ok, i have a couple of specific questions that i didnt find anywhere on what is what and what does what on the 13b-re so ill ask the peeps who have already done what i need to do

First off, the coolent nipple on the rear iron on the right side, where did that go/come from? mine was cut so i dont know how i should begin to route it

Am i correct in seein gthat there are 2 oil return's on this engine from the turbo's? On on the rear iron and one under the front of the front cover?

Is the oil feed for the turbo's that banjobolt'd hardline that starts on the left side of the front iron, travels to the right side of the engine then splits?

Can i replace the rediculously large waterpump setup they have and put on an FC one?

What is the sensor on the primary fuel rail? (plug's in right behind the waterpump on the extension of the fuel rail)

Thats it for now, im sure ill have more

Right side?
Passenger side?

That is correct.
Twin turbos needs twin returns.
For single turbo conversion, just plug one side up - most likely the rear one.

Yes, you can.
You need the water pump housing and the water pump to do this conversion.

What is the sensor on the primary fuel rail? (plug's in right behind the waterpump on the extension of the fuel rail)
It is a fuel temperature sensor.
It's not used on FC's, but FD's have the same type of sensor.

Under the oil filter?
That's for the heater.

It'll be a pain in the *** to try and retrofit the S5 FC TPS onto the Cosmo TB, but there's a way to rewire the stock Cosmo TPS to return the same signal as the S5 TPS.
