any one able to give me the height ( when new) and wear limit of a genuine mazda 3mm 13b apex seal

Over 8mm when new (8.25mm?). 7.0mm is the lower limit of spec.

I believe it's 8.0mm brand new.
7.5mm recommend to swap (short?) apex seal spring.
Anything 7.0mm or less, replace apex seal.
