Didn’t want to spend 170$ plus shipping and tax for a waterpump idler pulley (to make up for the deleted airpump ) Bought a Golf MK1 Alternator pulley and my dad removed the Overrun mechanism and made some sleeves for standard bearings . Now he just has to make the mounting bracket and space it out so the belt runs straight

Starting to put the rest of the engine peripherals together . Still need to change the alternator pulley and refurbish the AC pulley .
