tps - Made adjustments to the TPS this weekend. Using the resistance method, ( http://howto.globalvicinity.com/gv_wiki.php?wi=58&co=1&vi=1 ) I set A-B to 1k at idle. A-C midrange. W/ WOT A-B was midrange, A-C was 500 ohms! Going to replace it.

plugs - I have *NO* idea how long these were in the engine. From left to right L1/T2, L2/T2. They are proper 7's and 9's. I've replaced them w/ new plugs and wires and found no change in start or run performance, so I'm assumeing they are all still good. BUT, I'll let better eyes then mine tell me what story they tell.

Gas Flap - see anything missing. No one seems to sell the metal "spring" to push the door open.. $7 from Mazda. Sometimes is doesn't pay to spend hours searching when Mazda is a quick phone call away.

rx7 guages - Amp meter was working 10 min before I took this photo. I must have bumped something while I was looking for the loose connection on the oil presure switch. Next time I started the car, the amp guage worked again... damn gremlins.

Anyone have a decent center-console they are willing to part with? Story from the prior owner is that someone broke into the car and ripped out the center console and sterio.

I'm not 100% sure what is stock and what isn't.. but that little horn on the strut tower and it's rat nest of wireing was the first mod to get ripped out off of the car.

Do the aftermarket air intakes actually add anything to the performance of the engine? At $20 a filter, I hope it does something worth while.

Prior owner tried to make seats w/ foam and felt. I'm not sure if my final re-working of the interior will include seats or storage bins. The proper seats *look* great, but are less then functional for an adult. Storage bins could be used for a cd changer, or a good place to stash more oil...
