Next time I would use longer threaded rod to be able to double nut the terminal so it's more "removable". The in-tank wires are mil spec 12AWG PTFE insulated wires.

I sealed it up with an aircraft fuel tank sealant called B 1/2. It dries in just 30 minutes to a fuel/pressure safe rubbery seal.

Here is the passthrough system i used to rewire the pump, a 1.5" threaded SS rod, PTFE shoulder washers, and SS locking washers/nuts/ring terminals.

We got her up on the dyno after a 5 hour tow down to SoCal and she was tuned by Dan from Garage Life.

The completed product. I also ran a new 12AWG power wire directly from the battery to the pump and used a relay with the factory power wires to trigger it. I made a jumper for the fuel pump resistor. The plug for the fuel pump resistor looks to be the same one as the air pump, I'm probably going to end up ordering an air pump plug to make a plug in jumper for the resistor instead of wires just sticking out of the plug.

I rewired the in tank wires. From what I understand, the stock connector likes to melt with too much extra power. I rewired using 12AWG mil spec PTFE insulated wire. I then sealed the PTFE washers with B 1/2 which is a fuel tank sealant used on aircraft. It dries to a rubbery extremely fuel resistant pressure safe seal in just 30 minutes.

I used the Braille mount and drilled holes in the bottom of the bin. I then went through the chassis and using shim spacers, 2.5-3" bolts, self locking nylon nuts, and bonded sealing washers, I bolted her to the chassis. The circuit breaker is super convenient for disconnecting the battery.

I ran my power wire for my battery relocation through the factory channel. 4AWG is a PERFECT fit.

Pulled a vacuum on the system and converted it to r134a. Was blowing so cold I had to turn it down.

ACT HD SS clutch installed with a Monoloc collar. Engaging that monoloc collar was a BEAST. I don't think I was doing it wrong I think there is just not enough leverage through the tiny access hole to really pop that throwout bearing on there.

Got the stock flywheel resurfaced. I opted to keep the stock flywheel because we installed a lightweight flywheel on my buddy's RX8 and it was a bear to drive that thing. I wanted maximum streetability seeing as this is still my daily.
