First turn of the key and she roared back to life as if nothing happened! Actually runs much better and even smoother then ever. Probably because vacuum leaks are a thing of the past now.

FINISHED! Took about 4 days to do. very pleased witht eh results. Still need to clean up more of the soot and what not that remains on the paint but most of it in the wheel wells has been cleaned.

Getting close to finishing, making use of the down time to sandblast then paint pulleys and other stuff. Really making things pop out now.

My friend is helping out solder the engine harness while I do other work with the vacuum lines and fuel system. You can really see the charring from the fire on the bulk head and the wheel wells.

My friend dropped by and gave me this bucket seat for helping him out earlier with his FC. Very kind of him. I was able to put this in using a combination of side mounts I had used with my previous one and directly bolt to stock sliders and this actually sits slightly lower then stock seats, which already have a very nice seating position in my opinion.

My local shop Rotorsport was kind enough to just give me blue silicone hosing that was laying around when I went in to get a manifold gasket. Great guys! Wasn't really planning on making things look fancy but I guess that's what gonna happen! Going to be Replacing all the hoses because obviously it was all damaged in the engine fire.
