FC2000 headlight conversion is successful! for now it runs halogen bulbs in the projectors which are still much nicer then sealedbeam.

Simple aluminum flashing was placed under the lenses to prevent the refracted sunlight from burning the bumper like a magnifying lens. Plus it looks cool. XD

Needed this after my skin soaked up all the fiberglass. Used nothing but simple goggles and a small mouth mask.

Wired up! This was wired directly to the normal harness with spade connectors so reverting to flipping headlights is a snap.

Simple strip of aluminum and three bolts nuts were used to mount the headlights which retained OE adjusters from the Lexus making the simple mount possible.

This is the only cutting of the headlight area that needed to be done in order to fit the lights. Retained all other bolt holes and mounts. Added an arch at the top to get the headlight level

The cut outs for the head lights were very straight forward. Just cut some slots with a dremel while eyeballing and cutting in steps.

Transferring over the OE bumper mounts. At first there was concern about the mounting flaps not having enough material to have complete holes but it was fine in the end.

SOOOOOO~ this car was never hit but it sure was owned by an idiot at one point. This section of the car behind the rear wheel was lowered onto a Jackstand. Crumpling it upwards. You can see the bottom middle that was pushed up with the arch shaped creases where it folded above.

Decided to work on the rear first because I new there there was more to be done like chiseling off the MOLDED 10mm flares and rear bumper.

So after chiseling off the rear bumper I placed it next to the new one and you can see the difference in size instantly. The old bumper was the S4 bumper with another Aftermarket bumper MOLDED ON TOP OF IT! Dunno why it was done like that but I sure will be doing it differently.

ITS ARRIVED! Arrived in about three days, shipped from Nevada to to the Silicon Valley. Cool thing was the company I ordered from shipped it directly from Nevada so that I could avoid paying CA sales tax. When sales tax is about 9% it saved me hundreds.
