I just purchased three non running fc's that I plan on restoring back to the original conditions. So far the vert does not start and has low compression on the rear rotor. Let's see where this road takes me.... Read more »

So far the engine has good compression on the front and rear rotors but will not turn over. The engine is not getting any fuel, so I a testing the fuel system to see what the problem is.

Removed the fuel pump for inspection, lots of gun in the filter.

Some rust on the outside, and some rusty gas spilled out from the filter.

Outside of the car fuel pump test. Even connected directly to the battery the fuel pump did not work. So next is a new fuel pump and install, and hopefully the engine will turn over.
