I am really happy with the final result.
Here's the recipe:
- remove interior sound insulation,
- remove undercar rubber coating,
- sanblast interior, undercar, engine bay
- clean all the left sand from closed body chambers.
- apply marine clean,
- apply metalprep,
- apply two coats of POR-15,
- apply POR-15 prime,
- apply four coats of sound insullation.
Voila! It took me 2.5 month, working 8 hours a day to do this.
Would I like to do this? - Never. :)
