old fuel pump; put new pump, filter, alternator, battery, ignitors and belts and finally got this thing to fire up.

Driving this car with the top dpwn in the mountains of NE Tenn. in the summer at dusk is an almost religious experience. Going through the windy mountain roads by the lake or to Boone or Asheville NC is the penultimate experience....just winding the rotary to 6500 rpms going around the country roads... wicked. Im 29 and this is the most fun Ive ever had in a boat plane or car.

Overview of engine bay containing all stock parts. I don't desire to race or squeeze torque or extra hp's. 13b is a rebuild by Kevin at Rotary Resurrection in nearby Morristown TN! A remarkable job. He built both rotors, replaced irons and all seals. He installed a banjo bolt for fuel pulsation elimination. He also implemented a fuel cutoff switch positioned under the ignition! No more flooding and fuse-pulling and endless cranking.

This baby has an altogether smooth profile. Very streamlined and yet rigid where necessary. Good posture and a nice front end are a must with both cars and girls (as well as a top that comes off at my command!)
