The sub enclosure repeats the ribbing pattern from the bin lids in leather. All of the rear hatch vinyl pieces and those on the hatch itself were covered in leather as well. The carpeting behind the sub enclosure is a Wilton-like wool bound in black leather. (DSC01120)

Nice shot showing the black leather covering the dash and console and the metal plated console and dash painted wrinkle finish black. (DSCN2536)

The headliner is a thick very black wool broadcloth, but the flash makes it look grey (DSC00701)

This shows the metalized plastic painted wrinkle finish black and the opening compartment above the radio covered in black leather in the ribbed pattern of the bins. You can also see the individually chromed louvers in the dash air vent, where the vent surround is also metal painted wrinkle finish black (Picture064)

Closeup shows the way I covered the backs of the Spirit R seat carbon fiber with black leather and replicated the way the stock Spirit R seat covers are wrapped around the frame only in red fatted calf leather instead of stretch cloth (Picture121)

A nice contrast in materials with the metalized console painted wrinkle finish black next to the padded and black leather covered center console, the ashtray metalized and fully triple chrome plated inside and out and the fatted calf leather on the custom Spirit R seats. ("Metalized" means the plastic was dipped in copper, then nickle, and then painted, while the ashtray was actually chromed. The plastic is covered in 2-3 layers of real metal.) (Picture114)

Another closeup of the leather seat cover for the Spirit R seats. It was made to mimic the red nylon stretch fabric covers that came stock. The carbon fiber Spirit R seat backs are covered in black leather. You can also see the dash covered in black leather and the ribbed leather cover on the lid over the radio. The dash and console are metal plated and painted wrinkle finish black, as is the air vent. The slats in the air vent are individually chrome plated. (Picture125)

I repeated the ribbing pattern from the bin lids again where the leather from the B-pillar meets the wool broadcloth headliner. The 3 "ribs" provide a better separation between the leather and the wool headliner. The headliner itself is a wool broadcloth and is a little like a better velour. Its a very very black color, but the flash makes it look grey. (Picture189)

Not a great photo, but this shows the metalized black wrinkle finish painted vent with the individually triple chrome plated vent slats. (The vents and slats are dipped in copper, nickel and the surround is painted, and the slats themselves are chrome plated.) (IMG 0171)

I had custom rear cushions and seat bottoms made for the Spirit R seats to give me more padding. The seats are also heated (kd099)

The door armrest plastic was metalized and painted, while the panels were covered in black leather. The air vent surround is also metalized and painted wrinkle finish black and each individual slat in the vent was taken out and actually chrome plated over the copper and nickel. This picture shows the only parts inside the car that are not metal, wool, or leather, and they are the door handle area, the window switches, and the mirror switch. (kd101)
