My space is off-site. An old two-stall gas station about 5 minutes from my home. A friend and bought it and did a rehab. He’s into boats and it gives us both a place to store and work on stuff. Currently has one 2-post lift and soon to add another. Considering a 4-post drive-on but space is a premium.

We also re-hab’ed the office. It’s now our break-room. Plenty of frig space and just added a humidor (not shown).

Only pic I have on the phone of one of the bays. It’s tight but plenty tall for the lifts. We’re decently equipped for a couple of amateurs...engine hoists, stands, jacks, Drill press, hydraulic press, MIG welder and all the tools a couple of old guys accumulated thru the years.

The office has A/C. We had an old central air unit on the flat roof but it had to go when we put a metal pitch roof on to solve numerous leaks. We’ll probably replace it at some point.

Lots of insulation went in with the new roof too. Those old 50’s era buildings had none. Halved our heating costs in the Midwest winter.
