Red with Pearl

Does anyone have any red car pictures with pearl in the paint. Mine is getting painted on Monday and I would like some examples.

Thanks
Chris

What color pearl? Click on the "featured car" on the top right of this website, it's red with a blue pearl coat.

Well I decided to go with a porsche red with a copper pearl in the clear. I will post some pictures next week. Here is the car as of now.

I think that'll look real nice. I've seen your car before... For the price I really like those front ends, how's the fitment on it?

The MBauto front end fit perfect? One corner was chipped and needs to be fixed about a dime size. Besides that it was perfect everywhere. I was very happy for 250. It fits 10 times better than my knight sports and 100 times better than my friends knockoff apex. I have heard that a few people have gotten bad pieces but mine was awesome. To mount you use the aluminum mounting gear on the original OEM front end. I would recommend this to anyone. It also has an advantage you can't really see. With the lip going up in the center it allowed me to drop down the plastic pan to create about 1-2 inches of ram air to my radiator. This helps out alot with the FMIC. The FMIC was an incredible addition from a PFC side mount. It feels like it has quite a bit more power and quicker response.

The car looks sweet, but I think it'd look better with stock headlights....

I dunno, just a combination of the hood and the front bumper; the lights don't quite seem to match.

The light combo is more for functionality than for looks; however, I personally like the looks. THe same is true with the hood and front end. The hood allows more ventalation ahd the front end allows for ram air into the radiator with a FMIC.

I looked at the car today before they started the buffing process and all I can say is wow it looks really good. I will post pictures this weekend.

Chris - Are you planning to do any type of mesh, either infront of the FMIC, or on either side over the enlarged oil-coiler ducts?

My Feed Type II is being painted and I opted for black mesh over the two large holes on either side of the main intercooler duct. I just thought it would make a more "completed" look and possibly make the Intercooler standout a bit more with the black mesh on the side ducts.

BTW the black mesh on the bumper openings matchs the black mesh on my MazdaSpeed hood and the mesh I had installed on WingsWest sideskirt openings.

Should have pictures in the next few days, I'll show everyone how it turned out! I'm excited, she's been gone at the body shop for nearly 4 weeks now!!!

I have one picture my friend took after I got the car back. When I get my camera back I will take more. The car was painted porsche red with a copper pearl. When it is in bright sunlight it almost looks orangish but at night it is very red.

Best part about the whole paint job was the price $900.

Yep, 900 was not a mistake - They even washed it.
