I bought the kit from www.dashkits.net it is a high gloss aluminum kit. There are four pieces you can't see from the pictures. One is over the steering column (didn't like). One is for the pocket under the radio. One is for the window control passenger side. The last goes on the passenger side around the door handle.

I decided to remove all of the black overpaint on the dash by sanding. I then used polyurethane - Minwax clear gloss superior Durability. It gives the black a shinny smoth surface. After I did all the plastic I applied the kit. Looks really good - imo.

The plastic **** is the adjuster for the PFS-PMS

I got the polished e-handle from a miata site

http://www.flyinmiata.com/store/prod...c=32&updept=28

It fits exactly - just in case you wanted to try yourself, also its from a Miata place so its cheaper ~30

What kind of guage holder is that, the one that looks like a radar gun above the right side of the cluster?

The steering wheel came from Cork Sports and the pod holder near the gauge cluster is a custom job.

I got the stuff from Lowes in the plumbing section. That is a Y intersection. I sanded down all the wording and markings with fine sand paper. I then used Acetone to get rid of all plastic dust. Finally I painted using polyurethane. The ring is made of rubber also from lowes plumbing section.

Does your starter button work?

I would like to do the same, as I don't smoke in my car. Any info would be appreciated.

Looks very nice overall.

It looks good, but it doesnt cover all the areas as much as I would like it too. As long as companies continue to produce kits that do not cover the panels 100%, it will still look cheap IMO. In other words, it looks good and cheap, even though it wasnt cheap

Flybye

I am sorry to hear that you do not like my Kit. Everyone that has seen it has liked it alot. They have told me what I have done with my kit is unique and really makes the car stand out. True it is not a complete kit to cover everything, but I don't think I would like it if it was. You don't see alot of Kits that over everything on the dask.

Hey!

I needed something to cover the unsightly scrathes all over my dash. This kit sells for $750 in Tampa, but I only paid $145.

Not bad eh?

If the E-brake handle is plastic, It has me fouled. I would say it was metal, SS.
