Could someone do me a big favor and type a simple write-up of how to install the apexi power intake system or direct me to a how-to site that could tell me exactly how to do the install? I just know I'll screw something up if I try the install without any instructions and heck I don't even know if the kit I ordered comes with instructions. I would really appreciate any form of imput. Thank you SOOOOOO much!!

 

Just got through installing mine and yes there are instructions but no I don't read japanese . What ya gotta do is fist of all take out the stock air box...it is pretty straight forward...3bolts I think and then take off all the piping. Next you probably want to put the seal between the housing and the filter and put the brackets on (not too tight though for they will need to be moved around). Next you want to put that restrictor thing in the hose indicated by the diagram. Then you just hook up all the hoses, bolt the brackets into their respected locations, and tighten everything. Ok. Sounds good. I didn't think it could be too much more than connecting some hoses and tightening brackets. I watched an intake get put on my old talon, but that was more than 2 years ago and it was a non-turbo. Thanks rx7eaven! Hopefully the kit will come soon because I'm chomping at the bit to hear these suckers in action!
