FD rims on an FC

Do the stock 16x8 FD rims (5-bolt) fit on a FC (5-bolt)?

the rears will fit fine, the fronts wont fit unless you use a 1" spacer.

if you run GC coil overs and chop away the unneeded perch do they still hit? even with say -2.5 degrees camber? (more - camber = more room)

youd need to clear a good 1 inch of space. Even if you removed some material, youd still need a spacer.

I had these on my car at first. Stock FD wheels are +50mm offset. Our FC offset if +38mm. So the FD wheels tuck into the car way too much, so that's why you need spacers up front, because the fender doesn't have that much space and it rubs onto the shocks without them. The bad thing is you should really spacer the backs too, otherwise if you look at the side of your car, the back tires are so pushed in and the front stick out so much...looks weird and handles a bit awkward too.:p

Yes, you do need a spacer. There are job shops that do mfg aluminum spacers...pro job...@ $125 as set? The spacers are needed to clear the front calipers for t2's. I have seen the FD wheels on an FC and on a '90 mx6 Turbo....very nice!
