what's it worth 1984 Avatar convertible Rx7-

would like an idea of the value of or what a good price would be for a 1984 Avatar convertible Rx7- by Pacific Avatar. The car has 84,000 original miles is in very good shape has been babied. It has the 12-A engine. Very clean under the hood most everything on it is stock. one owner. It has a some interior wear and tear- leather seats a bit worn /dash not as pretty as it could/should be. The convertible top is in need of repair or replacement. Other than that very clean no dents paint is good, mechanically sound.

I think you could ask ~ $6000 for it. You could ask for more, but unfortunately the wear and tear is not insignificant, and a quality replacement top will cost the buyer a few hundred $.

The good news is that people in Seattle love convertibles, because we like to enjoy sunny days to the max! Ordinarily, I'd say your car would sell quickly at ~ $6000, but with the constant rain we're having these days, it's hard for buyers to have a truly enjoyable test-drive with the top down.. and it may be a while before the weather cooperates.

But that gives you time to fix the starting problem, eh.

Thanks for bringing back a 3 year old thread - Not. Although I am happy for you and your new 2nd Gen RX-7. You're posting in the wrong forum as well.
