Who wants me to polish thier 3rd gen?

I believe its all aluminum exept bumpers, any takers? Im polishing my hood, will post pic soon.

wait...what? The rest of the car is not aluminum...otherwise it would not rust underneath.

Also, Don't forget that aluminum oxidize.. I'm guessing he already knew since he's polishing the hood.

Aluminum alloy contains steel, which is made from iron...

In any case, you're just polishing the clearcoat, right? Don't polish too much, particularly on top where clearcoat fades the most.

No, if he had meant that, he would have said "buff" I would think. He spoke specifically of polishing aluminum parts. I actually think that he wants to take his hood to bare metal and shine it up.
