Any interest in a custom stock replacement TII manifold?

I bought a custom header for my IS300 from a guy in Socal and he mandrel bends everything with nice welds. The headers made 25 whp N/A equal length. Now I'm not looking for performance for this manifold, just a replacement since everyone's is cracking. And if you're like me and using a BNR turbo, you're kinda stuck with the stock manifold unless you can find an ss auto chrome.

Since I have a leaky S4 TII manifold, I gave him a call and he said he could make one and just to send him a stock manifold. After he makes his mock up and does the prototype, he will give me pricing on it.

His website: www.mazzurisuper.com

Does anyone here have any suggestions on the design? 2" runners ok?

Also, if there's anyone in socal who'd like to help and drop off a manifold for me (leaking or not), I'd greatly appreciate it! It would cut my work time in half.

Any input and ideas are greatly welcomed.

I think the best bet would be one that can use the stock downpipe. The SSAC one has alot of backing since it can be bolted on with the rest of the stockish system (turbo location isn't moved, making any aftermarket downpipe fit).

Thin wall tubing like that will not work on turbo rotaries. Those manifolds are all .065" wall tubing. Not only is it cheaper than standard heavy wall that we use( .120"), its also cuts down the fabrication time significantly. I could probably make the manifolds in 4 less hours using .065 wall.
There is a reason for the price of the stuff...

There is a longer thread going on here:

https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/custom-t4-stock-tii-tubular-manifolds-interest-798053/

with much more information. Can a mod please merge the two?

BTW, he'll be using .120" wall tubing as well.
