http://www.mazdapartscheap.com my friend . It isn't a valid part number. The FD01 is a proper part number prefix, I've never seen the "PR" in front like that.

Also, the above site will only verify US part numbers - JDM parts and whatnot don't work.

What's the part number for?

Dale

Wire Harness Guide

I removed this plastic harness guide to fix the broken clips and saw that number stamped on the inside of it. If I can find out where to order this piece rather than fix/rig it, I would be very happy...

Well, after doing some extensive research, I found that all 3rd gen wiring harnesses were manufactured by a company called Furukawa Automotive. I am in contact with one of their sales reps for more information on the part I'm looking for. I spoke with Ray Crowe as well, and he said this could open up some avenues for other who are looking for connectors and plugs to replace broken ones rather than buying entire harnesses.

I may actually have that piece off my old ring harness, but I am not sure it would be in any better shape than yours. I can check next time I dig it out.

Thanks. If you do have it and I can't get the part, I may still be able to use yours.
