I have a 1974 repu that needs to go. It is a cool little truck that has had the top chopped off as well as some other modifications. It is painted a custom blue color and has had the battery relocated to the bed of the truck. It has been lowered and has some cool oldschool rims on it.

It does not have an engine in the truck or available. It comes with a FC 5speed that it has been modified for. When I got the truck I removed the toasted engine and pulled the tranny out as well.

I NEED THIS GONE SOON or it is going to the junkyard. Title is clean

This was taken by the previous owner when he was trying to rebuild the engine. There should be some more flying around the forum but you get the idea.

It is obviously a project. But you cant beat the price! I need this gone SOON! It will be in the junkyard if someone doesn't pick it up soon.

Yeah, I have to slim down and the friend that is storing it is moving this weekend! I already have too many cars at my house and I know my roomys don't want any more.

 

Ah, I see. I hope Low Impedance's friend can get it. That would be pretty cool. I'd want it myself but already have two REPUs.

It's possible a fellow REPU owner can get it. I certainly hope he does. Then I could get it running for him. I'd get it myself but don't have the room.

I take it my friend never called you up. I tried three different people, all have had experience with REPUs in the past and two are still driving them, and none of them could take on a project like this on such short notice. Short as in I just noticed this thread only a few days ago and told them a day later on Thursday. A missed opportunity. I'm only about a year away from starting up a shop with a fellow rotorhead too. That would have been an awesome first project together.

well if you dont want to put up his cell phone number on the site then just phone my father in-law on his cell phone 604-818-1730. He really would like to buy this truck as he has a turbo Repu truck of his own. Yes he does have cash in hand so lets make a deal.

 

Shane got a hold of me this morning. He is planning on comming and getting it tomorrow. It would have been gone already but the wrecking yards close at noon on saturdays and I like to sleep in on weekends.

I really hope he comes through because I would like to see it on the road as well.
