Thread Pitch/Size Of S4 Air Intake Temp Sensor?

Anyone know the thread pitch of the S4 air intake temp sensor? It seems to be 1/8" NPS. A 1/8" pipe tap lines up correctly, and it does screw into a 1/8" fitting, but is it really 1/8" or is it just close enough to fit?

No, it's metric.
IIRC, it's 10mm x 1.00.

Yep, definitely M10 x 1.0. Checked it at the fastener shop, and bought the appropriate tap.

Thanks again...

No problem.
Only reason I know stupid **** like that was because of Haltech installs. :P

Paul Ko @ K2RD was trying to size a stock replacement, and the FC versus FD AIT's were the same pitch.
Too bad the FC ones are WAY off from the Haltech spec (back when you couldn't change the sensor characteristics).

Paul Ko found out the Honda AIT fits same thread pitch, but it's closer to what the Haltech wanted in terms of sensor characteristics.

Yeah, it's VERY close to 1/8"NPT. :P
