My New SS Manifold -----> PICS

1/2" 308 ss flanges.
.065" 321 ss tubing.
Fully divided and qual length runners @ 11.5 inches each.
V-band flange for the Tial 44mm wastegate

Still need to weld in an exhaust temp probe into each runner about 2" out of the port. I have a two channel system to monitor each rotor. Then off to get it ceramic coated.

I just got the turbo too.
Big Kahuna from Turbo Direct
Polished T04S comp housing
67mm wheel
Ceramic coated divided 1.00 tang housing
P-trim wheel
3" v-band
Price and availibilty was a big deciding factor in getting this turbo.
5 day wait and $1130 whan all was said and done.

He gave me a great deal so I have to plug his business whenever I can now.
He'll make more and do other custom setups.

Dave, virtually all WB O2 sensors are sensitive to the pressure waves of a forced induction motor. I would seriously consider moving your WB to a position on the DP. The info is straight from Bosch, and NGK. BTW, I really could use that pulley we talked about, can I send you some $$$, or ship it to my house. I'll PM you the Address. We'll be tearing out alot of extraneous wiring, and running the fuel this weekend. The interior should be looking good by the end of the following weekend, and then Dave(Guitarjunkie will be flying up to tune the car on the 29th. Then it's Mazfest for the Debut if all goes right. Looks like you're looking for a little more power than last time. BTW, I picked up an Aquamist, it will be set-up as a 2D. Which one are you running? If it is a "D", what nozzle did you decide on, for what ratio? I'll call you on the pulley et all. Carl

Might just be the pic, but it looks the turbo mount holes weren't deburred. You might want to check that.

Those are not burs. The tubing is also welded along the inner surface of the flange about 1/8" from the mating surface.

The tubes are welded to the flanges just like yours more or less. I actually printed out photos of yours and how the flanges mate with the tubing to give him an idea of what I wanted. Rolf (the welder) said thats how he does it anyways and told me not to tell him how to do his job

The engine flange was water jet cut TT Rex told me. Very nice piece.
The turbo flange is from Burns Stainless.

btw, the main tubing is 2" and the wg tubing is 1-7/8 iirc

RX-heaven I am almost finished with the carbon fiber speedometer culster so I will be dropping a pic your way as we talked about over the phone. This was a extreme paint in the *** in 4x4 twill so they will all be 2x2 unless someone wines and give me extra money. My next one will have a few guage pods on the top.

Did Rolf give you a price if someone were to want an exact copy of yours? I have a second gen as well and would like to use that manifold for my new turbo setup. Thanks in advance for any and all info.
