So droll.

If you read any of Artguys reviews on this setup, you'll notice that "throttle response" is something he repeatedly raves about...

BUT, you didn't bother to read, you simply identified another opportunity to make some more snyd reliability remarks. You even managed to work in a dig about a condition that the car in question apparently doesn't suffer from. Impressive.

What could we do for you? Could we start a new thread dedicated to you and your wisdom? You could dazzle us with tails of magical throttle response and tire-frying torque? Could we get you a ******* medal for shoe-horning a smallblock V8 into a small foreign sports car? I personally was impressed when they put a man on the moon, but this? Whew, you must be Albert ******* Einstein for thinking of that. I can't believe I've been driving my RX7 for 6 years without making a simple V8 swap! This is certainly why i haven't enjoyed one minute of RX7 ownership. I've often lamented as I dust Z06's in a 10 year old car "gee my lack of torque and throttle response just makes me want to slit my wrists because i feel so inadequate". Now i feel even more so for not having insight of your equal at my disposal.

Do you feel suitably validated now, Genius? Now go entertain the Firebird boards with how you simply removed the offending bit of ill-engineered machinery (the entire rest of the car) and just bolted on one that works to your liking.

Rotary Reliability? That is a silly phrase.

BTW- That is one ugly torque curve. The thing that the plot doesn't show is the shitty throttle response that goes along with it.

small and big

If you are refering to the 20B cosmo, primary mode is 3 rotors feeding the bigger turbo (ht15), and after transition, the smaller turbo (ht12) kicks in.

That said, BNR and another shop offer seq'l setups with bigger secondaries, so likely it's a good thing.
