Who's tried Fuzion ZRi tires?

These are really cheap for tires with UNI-T.

The Fuzion brand has been introduced to meet the needs of sport compact car, sports car and sport truck driving enthusiasts and tuners. The first product to carry the Fuzion name is the Fuzion ZRi, an Ultra High Performance Summer tire that combines advanced UNI-T technology with affordable pricing.

UNI-T technologies focus on three primary tire components, the beads, casing and tread, which influence overall performance while enhancing comfort, handling and traction. The Fuzion ZRi molds a Long Link Carbon (an advanced form of carbon black) and a silica-reinforced tread compound into an aggressive, directional tread design to enhance dry traction that also evacuates water from between the tire’s contact patch and the road to improve wet grip and reduce the possibility of hydroplaning. Internally, the Fuzion ZRi ’s casing and twin steel belts deliver responsive handling and cornering stability. The steel belts are reinforced with spirally wound nylon to provide high-speed durability while minimizing weight and maximizing ride qualities. The Fuzion ZRi features Rim Guard rubber ridges on its lower sidewalls to function as bumpers to help protect wheels from curb damage.

At this point, I stop reading and start deciding whether I should be buying Falken Azenis, Toyo T1-S's, Goodyear F1 GS-D3s, or Bridgestone S-03s.

I read austin's "review" on them and it didnt help much considering the Fuzions replaced some crappy tires. Does anyone else have reviews on them? I'm thinking of buying some for the rear (245/45/16) since my S03's are at the wear bars. I'm too broke to buy another pair of S03's right now and am willing to sacrifice some performance so I can buy another box of CupONoodles at costco. All of the customer reviews on TireRack are good including some guy who loved them on the racetrack but unfortunately TireRack doesnt have any tests on them yet. Anyone know if these perform better than the es100's?

Austin was also considering painting his FD primer grey. I don't know if I would take a gasoline recommendation from him.

These are supposed to be almost identical to the RE730? from Bridgestone.

So u might want to use that as a benchmark to compare to the ES100.

What tire I would reccomend depends on what kind of driving you expect to do and how much you compare about treadwear.
