Any ideas appreciated. REALLY starting to **** me off. Car was in perfect order...then-
In neutral it revs clean to the buzzer- just wont work under load.

 

What does it act like under load when it will not go above 3k?
Does it start behaving very violently or anything?

 

are you sure it isnt 3800????

 

Usually doesnt make it that far-bucks and surges

 

i dont know of anything at 300 unless your tach is messed up, it sounds like you either have a screwed up or clogged injector or one of your connections is loose, puush the wires to your secondaries in towards them like you are trying to push the wires further into the plug, understand??????

what is main trigger for secondaries- sometimes they do work.

 

trigger?????? they come on at 3800 rpms, there isnt a trigger really that you can turn on or anything. the reason you are stumbling isnt because both of them are failing, at 3800 your primaries go to 50% and your secondaries come on at 50%, i think one of yours is failing and that is why it jumps. one of my secondary's plastic tip broke and the termianal slipped off inside the electrical clip had to get a new injector and slide the wire back in.
