Question Stupid newbie questions....

I've recently started researching 3rd gen RX7s as my next toy/open track car. Most people I talk to say that they are HORRIBLY unreliable, and that any modifications cause the apex seals to go south. My opinion is that with an adequate cooling system and a good tune, they should be relatively reliable. Opinions?

P.S. - are there any good 3rd gen RX7 FAQ's??
