Just Got My VOLK SE37K's

here are some pics- sized 17x8.5 with Pirelli P-ZERO 245/40 zr17's YR rated tires. I love them. Got them from ARD t2 for a really good price. Thanks Rishie.

Rotary427: I'm using the R1 bilstiens (car is an R1) with racing beat RSR springs. Same size all around and no rubbing.

tahnks vosko- If you want black, better hurry, they aren't making them in that color anymore, thats why after I found out that, i decided to get them ASAP. Talk to ARD t2 here on the forum. Great deal.

Looks very nice man. I know a lot of people don't like the black on black look, but I personally think it looks very nice.
Great job

The Ultimate Stealthy Street Fighter

Black R1, Black wheels, I'd definitely think twice before engaging in a friendly street race

Congratulations on the new purchase!

P.S. Do you have the Bilstein Heavy Duty shocks for the FD, or do you have the stock R1 "Hard" shocks. I thought the R1 shocks were made by some other Japanese shock maker?

SleepR1

I have an all stock R1 and i have Bilsteins all around. I think the R-package 7's came with bilsteins. Even the R-pakage miatas used to come with Bilsteins.

That is pure BADASS. I almost went with that look myself after seeing taz's red with black se37k. I always wanted to see it on a black FD. I think i will end up going with the bronze se37a because i fell in love with the smooth, classy look, but i was real close to going with the all out scary combo of the black se37k.

RyanRex:The wheels took one week to get and were delivered mounted and balanced.

Freaky Monkey007:the brakes are "essentially" stock yeah. The rotors are cross drilled-the calipers are powder coated red with the mazda Logo polished. Will do the AP big brake upgrade kit later.

SleepR1: the stock r1's did indeed come with the "HARD" Bilsteins. the combination w/the racing beat springs works well for me, as the RB springs are Linear, thus more predictable w/ regards to turn in etc..

Rotary427: The stock shocks have never bottomed out, nor do they "dismount" when the car is jacked up off of the ground.

Thanks for the all of the positive comments guys.

I don't know how you're gonna be able to go back to school now with a car like that over here. Lots of pictures I guess. Album's called:

FDsFHM, FD's for him magazine, or somethin'.

If you want me to start her up and take it around the block while you're gone I'll be happy to. hehe.

NO MORE BLACKS, HE GOT THE LAST SET. Lucky bastard.

See ya,

Rishie

race1,

Your car looks great!

I got a set of black SE37Ks from Rishie, too, and couldn't be happier with them.

What lug nuts are those?
