Same here, same IC, with the XS TO4E kit, very close to ambient. Temps will creep in the city but on the highway they drop back down.

Lately I have been seeing temps of 19-22 deg cruising on the highway. And about 35 deg in town. Most of these temps are at night when it has been dropping down below freezing.

drove to KDR last night. ambient air temp was about 52degF. air intake temps according to PFC was 20degC, which is about 16degF above ambient. not bad since i was boosting about 13# at WOT several times. also, this cooling if from a custom FMIC i recently designed for less than $600.

Air Temp

If anybody is interested, I measured Air Fuel Ratio with a wideband on my dyno @20deg C and 40deg C with a change
of approx 1.5 steps in AFR%. When I was changing from
intown to street raceing the AFR would be lean because the
heatsoak of the manifold. So I moved the airtemp from under
the manifold to the outlet of the intercooler (Front mt. Greddy)
infront of the engine compartment to seperate engine heat.
And now I have a lot faster and accurate, reacting air temp correction for the PFC. My air fuel going into the motor is a lot
more stable so as the computer is not trying to correct so drastically (1.5 AFR% is a lot for 20+deg change). Sorry so long,
just my 2 cents, car runs a lot better.

Roadracing7, I noticed you removed your AC, My AC is broken on my 7 and Im thinking about taking it out. Can you sort of guide me through? Like how long did it take, how hard is it, what needs to be replaced (new belts, part# etc.) thanks.
