Question S5 alternator to S4 harness questions

I just bought a rebuilt motor a fe months ago ad i believe the guy sent me the S5 alternator on the engine. Everything else is fine, but the alternator hooks up differntly (one has four wires and a bigger eye, the other has 2 wires), can someone fill me in on how to properly mod this harness to fit? I have the part of the harness that hooks to the S5 alternator as well... I just dont want to mess anything up... Thanks for the help guys

The alternator, the new one, has four wires coming out the plug??? I think that is two too many. What colors are they? Black with a white stripe.....that sort of description. NOT talking abou the large output wire, just the four small wires your talking about.

Hailers, Im a freakin moron bro! It was two... white and a yellow. I found a diagram and got it wired up though... Im just not sure what to do with the left over wire that runs to the ignition on the body harness... Do i just let it be, or does it plug somewhere that my diagram didnt show??

It should be wired up like the diagram on the right. The cut-off B/W wire is live with the key on, so it needs to be carefully insulated and tucked back into the harness.
