JDM TII swap wiring questions

I am trying to find the connector to my wiper motor on the Jspec wiring harness. It doesn't seem to have one. When I removed my n/a harness there was a gold colored plug just inside the firewall right next to the yellow plug. The jspec harness didn't have that plug. Little help please?

Also my a/c and my heater controls don't work at all. Related?

Did the Jspec cars have the wiper connector on the chassis wiring harness then?

How do I hookup my wipers? Which wires should I graft into?

ive posted a diagram befor on this for MARTIN. You make your own. Just another reson why the JDM harness is a PITA and the NA harness should be used.
