N/a times on a 1/4 mile strip.

Post your drag times on your N/a beasts. I want to know how fast an N/a has gone. If you have any proof of your time such as a pic of your slip post it.

60ft-2.4

S5 NA with racing beat header/presilencer/air filter. Car would have run mid 15's with a hard launch. I do have the whole slip if anyone cares.

15.51 @ 91mph with mods below. Can grab a tenth or two with better launch...and maybe another tenth or two with a stock flywheel. And I have less than 80 lbs of weight reduction. Of course if I had a 1100 lb dune buggy chassis then I could hit 11s easy.....just saw one tonight annihilate a 2000 corvette ...stock ported 13b.

-Lee

PS- Moral of this story is that the more weight you lose then the more time you save in the 1/4.

Moral of the story also is that if you have boost 1/4 times can be lowered 5 times easier..

Maybe but its not any cheaper. Ive spend about as much $$ on my car as I would have spend buying a stock TII, so I don't mind.

I have more than this, this is just what makes it go fast

Header
HKS HiPower 3" catback
HKS filter adapter/ Blitz SS filter
mild streetport
removed aux ports
removed ACV
removed EGR
removed port actuators
removed A/C
removed air pump
NGK R5671-A plugs
Magnacore 10 mm wires
removed stereo/speakers
turbo II fuel pump
rebuilt injectors
stock flywheel
stock clutch
205/50/15 crappy tires
4.10 gears
NO LSD (hence the 2.2 60 ft , finally got a 2.1 this last weekend)
a bit of weight reduction, still full interior

FYI off setting the tire pressure into the tire thats spinning from the one that isnt will act as a lsd. But causes un even tire wear *shrug*

Could you elaborate on this? Which tire's pressure should be increased and by how much? I don't think uneven tire wear would become a problem because of 3-4 runs every few weeks.

I dunno but I bet you could run mid 15s with it though with a good driver.

i still have perfect compression and **** so the mileage isnt really a factor. i would be happy with mid 15's

Last time we ran the car it went

9.5 @ 73 and 14.5 @ 94.. These runs were on street tires.

The car goes sideways in second, so I know this car will go at least .5 seconds faster with slicks.....

The only mods are header, filter, weight reductions. stock clutch, stock ports. 5th&6th are wired open...

Bring those Turbos, get some of this N/A....

And you get sideways in second?? My car had no such problem with my shitty traction compared to the power. I have more power and worse traction than you so I find this hard to believe. I just chirp 2nd when Im drag racing. But it might be true I dunno.
