Ramy, it's been more than THREE MONTHS since I PAID you $1,000 for my wheels (May 27th). There has been ZERO activity on your part to get me these wheels. I do not want to have to put up a BAD GUY thread. Please do the right thing and let's resolve this. Get me the wheels I PAID for please.

I'm asking politely for us to take care of this. You last logged in on the 29th so I know you've read my previous posts on this thread.

Even his friends can't get ahold of him these days.... Which really sucks. I never should have sent my gauge cluster to him.

The thing is. I know Ramy is a stand up guy and not looking to screw anyone over but dont do business if you cant be timely and get back to customers. Especially when you are making them pay (or wait) longer than you agreed to.

Not sure what's up with him. If I get some info I will pass it along. Sorry for your inconvenience. Hopefully we can get this resolved for you asap.

lets give ramy a chance for him to answer back. maybe something happened to him or he put other priorities first.

i also paid ramy for a part and haven't gotten a response after waiting for it in the mail since he told me 3-5 days shipping. last i gotten in touch with him was 8/11/08. i'm not too worried at this point since he seems to be a regular on this forum.

Thats the problem though. As a person he is a great guy but the business part is slipping up. These arent $15 car parts we are talking about. You always need a main point of contact. It doesnt have to be Ramy but one of the other guys should step up to the plate and manage the business while Ramy is MIA. I would still gladly shake his hand and call him a friend any day of the week but Im not doing business with this company again. Just isnt worth the stress.

I'm moreorless in the same situation- one of my orders with them went wrong and I'm jst patiently waiting for a reply. Fortunately, I'm not nder a mad time restraint, but I would still appreciate it if they were more timely...

i know that a couple of months ago he left to go to another country and was gone for a couple of weeks or even a month. I think he went to Egypt. not a lot of people knew about this trip and got mad. I sent an IM to blurex to find out what is going on. ramy is a busy person and has alot going on but that is no excuse. I will let you know if i hear anything from blurex about ramy.

Either wait or file a dispute with Paypal. I would give him a few more weeks before you do that though.

I tried to contact FDNewbie a few weeks ago and got no response. BlueRex hasn't logged in since 08-03-2008. My guess is that something is up with BlueRex causing a delay.

Ramy is a good guy, but I think he's got too much on his plate. He's at UF , during football season, and in a sea of babes. I think he is wandering the streets of Gainsville in search of a kabob.

I'm usually successful at trying to contact Ramy. I know for one thing this month is EXTREMELLY hectic and burdensome on him. We fast this month from dawn to sunset then go to prayer at night, every night for atleast 1-2 hours. He's also doing his residency and had to re-locate apparently for the second time in a very short time period. I'm not justifying anything as I do understand he has a LOT of forum members money/products including mine! I'm just trying to give everyone some perspective...

I'm going to hit him up in the next day or so and hopefully get some information. If I do get ahold of him, I'll be sure to mention that everyone here is worried about his whereabouts...

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of response. Everything kinda came crashing down, all at once. As for quick updates...

- exhaustnote, I emailed you back, and invoiced you, but never received a response or your payment. The ball's been in your court for 2+ weeks easy... Not sure why you're waiting on me?

Neal, I think that's a pretty crappy thing to say about someone you consider a friend. And an untrue generalization as well...I don't get back to ANYONE? C'mon now...

91Lemans, I thought we discussed that, and I offered you a full refund more than once, correct? Oh and you're smokin crack if you think I'm relaxin, chillin at UF games LOL. I WISH. Every free second I get is tryin to play catchup w/ your guys' orders, cuz I don't wanna keep ya'll waitin any longer...

spr258, as I mentioned in the sticky in my subforum (check it out), BlueRex got bogged down w/ other stuff and is no longer on board. So that's one of the main reasons I'm SEVERELY behind; I gotta go back through weeks of stuff that was unfinished, including the GBs, and play catchup...

Juiceh, it's cuz I've been working on makin a mini-miracle come through for ya. I'm tryin to finagle the very last tranny available, since they discontinued it a few weeks ago, w/ no new model to replace it. Should have it shortly, since I paid a hefty deposit to secure it in advance. And you're not alone; I haven't received mine either. It's tough; plz keep in mind that I'm gettin somethin from you that absolutely NO ONE ELSE in the US has ever been able to obtain...

Riz, I'm alive haha.

Will be keepin in touch, and knockin 'em out one-by-one...

I know dude. I wasn't complaining, just showing everyone how much faith I have in you.

Ramy-
Please dont take it the wrong way. None of this was directed at you personally. I am saying that as a whole, the 'business' seems to be pretty bad at responding back to customer inqueries. I know you get bogged down with people who just want to know if you can get something or how much something costs but if someone has already paid you and is waiting, then they deserve to be responded to by someone in your organization. Nobody expects you personally to be the point of contact on everything. As I said above, I know you are a stand up guy who doesnt screw anybody over but, your company is only as good as the combination of its members. You are more than free to take as much personal time as you want but make sure you have competent people backing you up. I have to say that BlueRex dropped the ball hardcore on this as well as whomever was handling customers while you were out.

All it seems that everyone is asking is just to have better communication as to what is going on with their orders. Just find some competent people to work with you and its all golden bro.

No hard feelings - its just business.
