We purchased the 1993 gunmetal BBS wheels from Ramy. We knew and understood that they were 18 year old used wheels and that they had some minor curb rash. We had already decided to have the finish professionally addressed at a local wheel repair company at our cost. Unfortunately, the wheel shop found that 2 of the wheels were bent and they would attempt to straighten them for an additional cost. We contacted Ramy to inform him of the issue. Ramy responded immediately, suggesting that if our repair shop was unsuccessful, he had a wheel shop to try and he would also refund a good portion of the repair cost (no replacement wheels were available). Lucky for us our shop was able to true the bent wheels. We sent a copy of the invoice to Ramy and he promptly responded with a partial refund to help offset our cost to have the wheels straightened. He is an honest vendor who will stand behind what he sells. He did not hesitate to take steps necessary to make his customer satisfied, and we will not hesitate to buy from him again.
