Bump for an update....

Car will be going into paint in the near future, and would love to be able to have these on it before it gets to the body shop.

And no, I am not going to paint the mirrors! I just want them in place, so there are no issues later...

Yea, mirrors... would be nice..

 

I am thinking about purchasing a set of the led mirrors even though the GB is closed. I have heard that due to the fact that they are manufactured for a right hand drive application, the mirrors are not able to be positioned to the correct angle so that the driver can get the proper rearward view. Any truth to that? Also, what is the dimension of the mirror itself (The glass portion inside the housing). Thanks guys.

James, the mirrors can be electronically positioned in a variety of positions, so it doesn't matter whether your vehicle is LHD or RHD. MANY of us have used JDM RHD mirrors on our LHD vehicles. I think whoever told you that is thinking too hard

As for the order, I'm told they have already shipped to me, so I'm just awaiting their arrival

This is half true, i have ganador mirrors, I can see fine out of the driver side mirror but the passenger side mirror is completely useless no matter how I adjust it. Maybe this is different on the LED models?

 

Three weeks since Ramy's post...have they arrived yet???
