Had it been disclosed that this situation may occur and you assumed the risk then it would be your baby. I know but I consider Ramy a personal friend through all of this and he helped me out when we had some issues with another purchase that were my fault and waited for me to get it straightened out. I dont need the money right away so if someone wanted to purchase my spot everyone comes out well.
