The regular is probably halegon? Get the lights and then swap in some other bulbs..

 

Correct, the regular lights are halogen. I opted for the NON HID so I can fit them with some yellow HID lights. I don't think the HID version has any options for different colors.

I have a set on order for a customer, but it's still being made (1 month ETA). So I'm pretty sure the setup is different than the regular Halogen version (otherwise there would be no need to custom make them).

How many people need to get in this group buy to make it happen and will there be a price reduction from Feed? Also, they don't stock the hid kits? Custom order? Another option- can we get the kit and use an alternate hid setup? I'm curious on what would be our best options. Thanks for your time, I understand you're very busy. -Matt

money, I'll be shipping it directly to the customer, so I won't have the opportunity to take pics of it. But I'll be sure to ask him to do so. It'll be well after this GB is closed, however.

RX72NR, typically 10 orders is the sweet spot. And I had previously asked FEED what the difference was between the halogen and HID version, and if you can simply HID power their halogen versions; they wouldn't give me much info. That, and the fact that the HID version are made to order, I'd again suspect that there's something specific and different about the HID versions...so my suggestion would be, if you're gonna go w/ HIDs at all, get them from FEED. I won't - nor will FEED - be responsible for any damages/failures caused secondary to a halogen kit that has subsequently been HID-powered.

money, as I mentioned in that post, it will be WELL AFTER this GB has CLOSED. So don't expect pictures of it ahead of time.

And no, you can't change from one version to the other. Once we take your order, it is final. No changes, substitutions, cancellations, or refunds (because once we take your order, we place the order and send over the $$...so the order is at that point finalized).
