Sorry, but we've closed the GB and out of respect for the people waiting for their handles I wouldn't want to delay it any further by accepting more orders. You can still:

1) Send an individual order through our site (it won't be for the GB price but better than the dealer)
2) Wait for our next GB for door handles
3) Purchase a spot from someone in this GB already

My handle broke not just the black part but some inner little piece under handle is this normal and fixable?? I cant imagine how you go about fixing or installing the handle, probably pretty simple... Thanks guys!

 

RX7SIGN, that's the normal break point for the stock 10 - 12 year old handles And the swap takes anywhere from 10 - 30 min, depending on how careful (or careless haha) you are.

Looks like the door handles did take a price jump. We will pass along the price increase and nothing more. As stated previously if you want out of the GB sell your spot, there are plenty of individuals PMing me asking for late entry. The price increase is $15 which brings the total to $120, still lower than our previous GB and FAR better than the stealership prices.

Because of the inconvenience, I will be accepting personal checks as well. If your check doesn't clear, I'll just keep your handles .

We can place the order as soon as Monday, but I'll probably need atleast 90% of payments upfront. So it's really up to you guys how fast you want to recieve your handles .

Allow me to clarify something, since I have yet to clearly state it earlier (since I thought it was obvious). GBs take *a lot* of time, effort, and coordination to make happen, and delays/issues are bound to arise. The tradeoff you get with a GB is a lower price *at the expense of* a fast order turnaround time. That's really the bottom line. If for whatever reason you need parts in a shorter period, we fully encourage you to place a regular order through the website (www.FDNewbieImports), and we can process that ASAP. But please note that such orders will be at the regular (non-GB) price.

I'll make sure to make this aforementioned point clear in all other future GBs, in hopes that this will relieve us from having a small percentage of people constantly asking for updates as to how soon they will receive their parts. TRUST ME, the *second* we have updates/info, we will share it with you. Requesting information that isn't currently available - and repeatedly at that - does nothing but distract us from completing our work by constantly having to re-read and re-respond to previously answered questions.

Moreover, in the future, I look forward to ensuring that the original (ie first) post includes ALL of the info, including the estimated ETA and related factors. As such, I will make it a policy NOT to answer those questions repeatedly throughout the thread. We really need to streamline this process guys...so please do not make this more difficult for us than it already is.

I look forward to your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Otherwise, it's really much less of a hassle for us to process individual orders...

Sorry, but the people in this GB have been patient and we need to start respecting deadlines. There always seems to be demand for door handles so if you want to try and setup another GB right after this one is completed that's fine with us.
