Weather isn't a problem; as I said, I have had some of these stickers on my car for THREE years. And vandalism?? Are you serious? Man...that's sooo juvenile.

If it really concerns you that much Adam, I can look into one or two other suppliers (who I have never dealt with) regarding trying to get the stickers made on the inside. But no promises...and I have no idea what the price difference will be as well (interior decals require reverse cut lettering, and I want to make sure I get you guys only very high quality stuff). So I'd keep the GB rolling as is, and if anything changes, I'll let you guys know. If it doesn't, I'll still let ya know. Sound good?

Thanks!

Several people have dropped out of the group buy because they expected inside mount stickers. I would not have sent my money if I knew that you were going to produce stickers that were not the same as the original.

Juvenile!!!! Are YOU ******* serious??? You owe me an apology!

An inside sticker is really what everyone was expecting, including me.

Honestly, that was an expectation ppl had but never mentioned, correct? I can't read ppl's minds But once I saw that there was a large number of ppl interested in it being an interior sticker ONLY, what did I say? "I'll look into it..." Which by my standards simply means "I'll get it it done; I just need some time..."

Juvenile!!!! Are YOU ******* serious??? You owe me an apology!
Adam, woah, calm down there. You misunderstood me. Do you really think I'd call you juvenile after a) we've talked over the phone before, b) you've helped me out before, and c) you're purchasing something from me? C'mon now...gimme some credit. You don't think very highly of me, do ya?

What I meant by that comment was the fact that someone would stoop SOOO LOW to vandalize a sticker like that on our cars is juvenile. My apologies for the vague terminology.

An inside sticker is really what everyone was expecting, including me.
And Adam, that is what you shall get Just next time, lemme know what you guys are thinking

So re: the interior stickers, gimme a few, as I'm going to see who can provide me with *high quality* interior stickers. I'll post an update shortly...

Thanks

No man, it's not about being able to withstand weather and wipers etc. C'mon, we have all had stickers before!

In this particular case, it is about getting a replica that is as close to original as possible. The print quality and dimensions will be perfect, I have no doubt, but even closer to original/indistinguishable from the OG would be an interior mount.

Count me in for one of those if they are ever produced. Yes, I said it, original gangsta

I think, Ramy, is trying to find a producer that can make the stickers so they can be applied to the inside of the windshield.

Ok, cool. Is this going to cost more for the people that have already paid? Thanks for the update.

Such questions are best left until he locates such a producer, assuming he can.

Ok, apparently the reverse lettering and the small sticker size we're looking for make for a tough combination. I have one and only one lead...

1) I can get it done to be applied from the inside, BUT
2) Now I have a much larger minimum purchase (125 to be exact) AND
3) The price for each sticker is considerably higher, which I anticipated.

Realistically, to make this happen (ie cover my costs), I'd have to charge $20 shipped (total) for each one, vs. the original $10 shipped. I dunno how you guys feel about that, but I'm more than willing to go through with it, as long as you guys think the price is worthwhile. So lemme know your thoughts, and we'll go from there.

Thanks

i honestly wasn't even planning to put it on my car (i think it'd look out of place), i was just going to maybe frame it and hang it somewhere in my garage, so i'd say that 20 is too much

i say we keep it the way we had it because 20 bucks for a sticker is a little high. personally i think it will be fine on the outside. plus we already have a lot of people who have paid.

The reason it's high is b/c I have to order MANY more than I can sell (we have less than 50 orders, and I have to order 125 minimum). I'll wait to hear from a few more guys before we decide.

On that note, would $15ish keep everyone happy IF I can manage to negotiate w/ the guy? Just tryin to keep everyone happy...

Thanks

I say go like it is. $10 per sticker for the outside because I haven't even decided if I will put it on my car yet either.

Question Wtf

What's the reasoning in getting an authentic sticker (or even a close alternative) if you don't plan to use it for it's intended purpose? I say for all you guys that fall in this catagory, buy a pack of printer lables, print out pages of stickers and stick them everywhere to heart's desire.

Ramy, $15 is not a bad price, especially for those that have 93's and originally came with the sticker. I was actually going to look into the window lables the Quick Lube places use when you get an oil change. They may be easier to produce and may not cost as much as an actual sticker.

good idea...I already have an original in the car but I need one for my nearly aquired twin fd So I am in for inside mount at $15 or so!

why...we are helping you bring the price down, why does it matter to you who is using it for what purpose? I would like a high quality sticker/poster/whatever for reasons other than sticking it onto my car, cause i think that would be ugly...to each their own?

H Ramy, I'm coming into the fray on this one a little bit late. Anyway, I too would only buy an inside sticker (being an original '93 RX7 owner who still has the original sticker on the windshield, but know I'll need a replacement at some point). In addition, while it's a pain to carry inventory, I know you will sell these over a period of time, or use them as an incentive in the future. . .buy over x$ and throw one in, etc. ANyway, good luck, get the hood supports out soon, and look into the solenoid kit I emailed you about. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I'll pay $20 per sticker for interior mounted stickers.

Even if everyone else pays $15/sticker, I'll still pay $20/sticker, that is, of course, as long as they are as close to the original stickers as possible.

I know, I know. I'm a pain in your ****, Ramy. Please forgive

I'll also still want 2 stickers. I'm keeping an eye on this thread, so when the final word is give, I'll send my money to BlueRex.

HDP, the re-stickable stickers you're referring to from the Quick Lube are actually poor quality. If you remove them after a while, some of the print is removed/lost from the sticker. Plus, after removing it a few times, it loses it's ability to stick. Most ppl don't know this simply b/c who has the sticker for more than a few months? Most ppl change their oil fairly frequently...

jmadams74, I completely understand your point, but that's assuming that the stock was negligible. Ie I have enough for 50 orders, but I purchased 75 or so. But purchasing FIVE TIMES the number of orders I currently have (25 stickers, but I have to purchase a minimum of 125)...that'll take quite a long time to sell lol. And I have expenses like everyone else, too. It's simply poor business strategy to provide a service will getting into debt.

At this point, I'm gonna sit and wait a bit to see what you guys decide. If we can do it for $20 a pop, consider it done. If we're gonna try for $15ish, I'll need to have a few more ppl paid (ie committed) before continuing. If neither, I can still go w/ the exterior stickers at the original $10 a pop lol. So please, by all means, continue to hash it out. I'll be waching closely

I'm also willing to pay $20 per sticker for interior mounted stickers.

I want 2 stickers. I've already sent $20 to BlueRex (to pay for 2 stickers when they were $10 per), so you can count on an additional $20 (or whatever the final price is).

Then again, I don't know why I'm buying these at all. These are 1993 COY stickers, and I have a 1995.
