Thanks everyone for contributing to this thread. I'm looking for stock parts in Tokyo area for the following. I was wondering if someone can point me to the right direction? It seems those site doesn't have stock parts.

Cat-back exhaust
Front/rear brake rotors

Thanks so much in advance.

Quality was very good. Drilled and slotted with nice pads. Fit great and works really well.

I will buy from them again in the future.

Not OEM, but I think for the price and quality a way better deal. I use the brakes hard downhill in the Japanese mountain roads. I think the slotted and drilled are gonna do better in the long run for me. The holes are nicely beveled along the edges and the finish is nice. They looked to be about the same thickness as OEM and the number of fines was almost exact too.

I been looking for a place in Japan where a 20b will be good and cheap. My friends has a container that is not full yet in japan somewhere and she said if it fits I can put whAt I need . I first want to see what an engine go for before I mention to her to see if is cheap enough to get . She has contacts over their for her and her husband business . They import from their all the time . They know people . I just curious if is cheap I'll get since I'm not paying for shipping at all and they can contact their people to talk to who ever to make this happen .

Little info on how I know people.

I work for Commercial Sales so I work with contractors and big time home owners and I go above and beyond what I need to do so I earn trust Nd respect from this people , I never ask for nothing in return even when they save a bunch a money or I coach people trying to stick them cuz they got money , But when they said they have a container in japan and they said if I want something from their and it fits they will find it I though 20b rotary engine :-)..
Let me know anything thanks

20bs are rarer than unicorns now. They are not cheap any more, even in Japan.

Unless by cheap you mean $6000 shipped.

It is not as easy as simply adding it to their container.
Used Combustion engines have their own HS code which is almost always a red flag at customs and often results in an X-ray or complete customs inspection. This is due to the oil residue and gasoline residue amongst other hazardous materials that show up on the x-ray. Unless your friends are shipping similar items I highly doubt they will be able to help you. Not to mention loading a 20B in a container is not simple task unless they have a forklift that they use to load the container.

Regarding finding a 20B, You will have to source a used car with a 20B in it most likely and then pay someone to remove it, clean it, package it on a pallet and ship it to your container location. If you do find a used one on an auction site you will most likely be looking at a $8000 price tag since the few people that have them removed and ready to ship are asking a premium and in no rush to sell.

20B engines do pop up stateside and I think you will find that a much easier option. However it never hurts to ask you contacts if they can help you acquire one!

Good luck!

for a while it seems there were hardly any 20bs to be found stateside but theres at least 2 or 3 on ebay right now. Obviously the later c and d code engines can sell for more but 5-6k+shipping seems reasonable depending on series, condition.

Yea very true , But I really though it would of been cheaper buying a 3 rotor to go into my RX3 when I finish restoring it. But a 13brew will do perfectly fine ,
thanks
