Alright guys, I finally got my '99 bumper I've been so adamant on getting but... The Military post office here in Misawa won't ship items that big... What do you guys use? BTW, I'm in no hurry for it to get there, my car in Miami can wait

I am not sure how the base guys handle stuff like that but non base guys have to ship it via a container.

Thats what I figured, what about UPS down in Tokyo? Or how about as luggage on an airplane? I've seen people take surfboards and all sorts of huge luggage and boxes before... Thanks for your input...
