Series Vacuum Box Question

Hey guys so I bought a 1992 FD3S from Japan (Live in Canada). It has a '96 engine in it. I was driving it I noticed I had no boost until the second turbo kicked in and when it does I get 14psi all the way to redline, so I took everything apart and found one of the fittings on the solenoid box broken, so does anyone have a diagram for what each of the vacuum fittings on it go to, and if its the first turbo fitting if I can somehow bypass it. I played with some of the lines to see if I could change it and now I only get 8psi, no matter of rpm. IF anyone could point me in the right direction that would be lovely, to sum it up

No first turbo spool.
when I get second boost its 14psi
fitting on vacuum solenoid is broken off
tried to play with lines, make only 8psi. change it back and get 14 psi again.

I need to find out what fitting broke, if I can fix it or find away to go around it. (The box is almost 1000$

It should operate the same as a S6 FD (92-95), so it's the same to diagnose. One of the solenoids is kaput, my gut feeling says it's the Charge Relief Valve solenoid that conked out and the Charge Control Valve Solenoid is stuck open.

Now would be a good time to do a vacuum overhaul and go Simplified Sequential. Perhaps with individual solenoids to where you can replace one if it craps out for any reason.

I found a vacuum line diagram for the FD years ago when I had a JDM one and from what I could tell, the vacuum lines were all identical. If you really think they're different, I'm sure you could just find the JDM manual and it would tell you. This picture is from the English version of the service manual, it's just filled in with color. The Japanese one would have a similar diagram just in Japanese and hopefully with identical vacuum lines.
